Unable to stream shows
I've had issues for the past 2 days trying to watch a show on the app. It either won't play or will play sound with a black screen or play with glitches. Anyone else have those issues

Are you having issues with multiple devices? We see you reviewed this article: If you can't watch or stream movies and TV shows in the Apple TV app. Were you able to go through all the steps in it including making sure the software version on the device is up-to-date?
Since the app is part is part of software version, we'd like to ensure the software is up-to-date since it not only include new features, but it also include bug fixes.
