No. The only way to unlock the iPad is to successfully enter the correct Passcode. Changing the passcode remotely isn’t possible; even if it could be done, it wouldn’t resolve your current problem. A reset of the iPad will be similarly fruitless - as with a [now] defective screen you’ll be unable to complete set-up.
Unless you can enter the correct passcode, your locally stored data will forever remain beyond reach. Providing you had the foresight to create either an iCloud or iTunes backup of your iPad, your data can be restored to your iPad after it has been repaired - or to a replacement device.
As described, your iPad requires repair. Your best approach will be to visit the Genius Bar at your local Apple Store or Apple Authorised Service Provider (AASP) - where the technicians will be able to test, assess and arrange for repair - or discuss your available options:
