My iPhone 13 screen color changing to blue pink and UI colours also acting weird,

does anyone help me on this please,

iphone 11 screen suddenly changed colors I was just watching a movie when my phone screen suddenly changed colors. I panicked and then searched online how to fix it. I restarted my settings and even checked if my color filter was on but it wasn't. I tried everything I searched online and nothing worked. what should i do to fix this problem? the screen look dimmed and the colors are inverted. and for some reason the apple logo is visible. please help.
