Remove a device from my iCloud

My iPad is heavy with data and I want to do a reset , but my iCloud is connected to my iPhone both devices have the same iCloud/Apple ID

my question here is : if I do a reset to my iPad will effect my data on my iPhone?

That's totally fine, that both devices are registered on your Apple ID.

No, your iPhone data remains intact.
