Is there is anyway to set up a sleep alarm with VIBRATE ONLY. Right now I have to choose a sound, but I only want to wake up to vibration because I live with other people and the noise is waking them up.

Thank you for showing me how to set a regular alarm to Vibrate only, but I would like to use the Sleep alarm to wake up with vibrate only so it can track my sleep and when I wake up. The Sleep alarm is the first option in the Clock app above the 8:30am alarm that was shown in the Gif you sent

This is a picture of my Sound options in the Sleep Alarm settings. There is no option for None that I can find.
You will have to set the Alarm Sound to NONE
