Pre ordered a film and I need to pay again
I pre ordered a movie in the iTunes Store and I need to pay again before you say the money didn’t go off you’re account it did that’s why I don’t understand why I have to pay again?

When you Pre-Order, Apple / iTunes will not charge you for the item.
You will get an email confirmation when the item is released
When you download the item, you will be charged for your purchase.
If the item is available, you click the link in Apple's email regarding the item, or start iTunes Store and click Check for Available Downloads.
