A couple of weeks ago I got a voicemail which I listened and deleted right away. Since then, I’m having the notification but there are no more messages. I have followed several times what is in the forum (the settings notification disable thing), including the restart of my phone and is still there. I haven’t turn on the notifications but still is showing me all the time.

Contact your cellular data provider voicemail is their feature.
