I have a problem here.

So, the trusted number in my APP store is different from my Apple ID. However the Apple ID I put in was right. In APP store its ***84 while in Apple ID its ***49, I’ve tried to put the actual number but failed.

I now need to update an App. The app store ask me to log in and sends a code to a “trusted number”. Problem is the number is not one of my existing trusted numbers, it is an old number which to which I no longer have access and which no longer appears on my trusted number list. Cant sign into Apple ID using trusted number I cant use the trusted number when signing in because I don’t have the number anymore. The number went to someone else. How else do I sign in to my Apple ID if I cant use the trusted number anymore.?

👉 Sign in to your Apple ID account page and edit / update your Apple ID details.

-> check your trusted phone number.
