Apple Watch requiring old icloud account password for apps?

Hey, im using my apple watch again after a while and it keeps requesting the password to my old icloud I first set it up with. Ive checked the appstore and ive checked my icloud in settings and theyre all under my new email, so why does it keep needing my old icloud email password?

Because those apps were downloaded/bought using your old apple id,delete them all and re-download them again with your new apple id.
