If its not under subscriptions for your Apple ID, then where are you seeing the charge exactly?
Have you changed Apple IDs? The Apple Care+ subscription is tied to the Apple ID that was logged in when it was started. It does not move over to a different Apple ID. If you did change Apple IDs, then look for the subscription in the other Apple ID.
