I went to a website and a random pop up saying my phone has been hacked etc etc I accidentally clicked okay but I didn’t download anything I simply closed my browser and restarted my whole phone. Do I need to be worried?

If you have not jailbroken your iPhone or iPad you cant be hacked, the webpage alert is a scam, just close out the page.
