Reconnecting Apple watch

Hey, i recently dropped my phone and now the screen isn’t working. I bought a new one but my watch still is connected to my old phone so i cant connect it with my new one by removing the watch in de app on my old phone. Is there an other possibility without me having to reset my watch? (I have some things on there i can not lose)
