Unable to receive notifications

I’m unable to receive notifications from some certain apps even if I have them turned on from settings e.g instagram,Facebook,messenger,TikTok.

Not receiving notifications from apps like Messenger and Snapchat on my iPhone I tried every single thing ive seen on the internet for this issue, however I still do not receive notifications from apps like messenger and snapchat. [Re-Titled by Moderator]

It’s an iPhone 6plus 16(gb) iOS 12.5.3 each time turn on my data or WiFi all notifications are supposed to come in but this one doesn’t until I enter the apps
