I unpaired my Iwatch Series 7, how do I pair it back to original iPhone

You can go to settings on your apple watch, go to general, scroll down to reset, click reset all content and settings, and reset the watch. Then follow the steps on the iPhone to re pair the watch. You will need to re-setup the watch and use your watches icloud backup to load all of your data
