Currently running Mac mini through an old HD TV and there's no underscan option in sys prefs nor on the TV set itself.
Is there a way of forcing this? I am unable to see edges of the screen and have been able to underscan in the past with other TVs...

Adjust the screen size

Adjust from the menu on your Mac
