It is looking for your admin psswd.
Is this your personal machine or bound to some Enterprise/MDM/work account?
Are you admin?
Psswd are case sensitive—verify your CAPS lock is not on or toggle it to verify
Are you also logged into your admin account...? If not log out of the user you are in and log into your admin/user
Log out of your account on your Mac - Apple Support
Log out, sleep, wake, restart or shut down your Mac
Shut down or restart your Mac - Apple Support
If you're asked for an administrator name and password on Mac

Trying to install latest update. Getting Message - In order to continue installing macOS Monterey, you need to log in as an administrator. Wont take Apple ID PW or Mac PW.
