Cannot download MacOS Catalina

My Mac is asking for admin user name and password suddenly. I tried everything from logging in name to apple ID name, nothing works. HEEEELLLP

iMac 27″, macOS 10.13

In Sys Prefs>Users & Groups, what does it say under your name?
