Stuck on apple logo and can't connect to Mac

Hello. Hoping someone can help. My son's iphone 11 is frozen on the apple logo. He has the latest updated ios installed. I tried pressing and releasing the up, down and side buttons, and that resets it but it just goes back to the logo and not beyond that. I also tried connecting it to our imac (running Monterey) so I could try putting it in recovery mode, but the computer won't recognize it. If I connect a different iphone it does show up in the finder, so I know it's not a cable or settings issue. Is there anything else I can do? All his data is backed up on icloud, I just need to get the phone functioning again. Thanks in advance.
