Getting a 2013 MacBook Air Replaced:

Get this serviced. Perhaps, take this as a good reason to upgrade.

Go Through an AASP: 

1. Go Here: Find Locations - Apple Authorized Reseller
2. Click: Service & Support
3. Enter: your location information
4. See: if there is an AASP nearby
5. Contact: an AASP that shows up, and find out more about the services that they offer.

I don't normally recommend DIY projects for Macs, but, replacing the battery in the early 2014 MBA might be something you can do yourself. it is pretty simple.

please see this video: Battery Replacement - MacBook Air 13-inch (Mid 2013 - Early 2014) if you would be comfortable with that, go for it. if not, you can see if an Apple Store will do it. and if they won't do it, you may want to find a nearby Apple Authorized Service Provider.
