Apple Trade In with Bad Battery So I had pre-ordered to upgrade my 13P to 14P, but since I have done this in a matter of just 2 weeks, the battery in my 13P is going bad (starting to bulge, and major overheating when plugged in). Pretty sure by the time Apple sends the 14P and I send my 13P back in to Asurion, that they will come back and offer zero for the phone because of overheating/bulging. It look as if I need to cancel my upgrade right now, and get battery/phone warranty replaced. Problem is, I will not get any kind of a decent trade in at that point for a 14P. It would seem I am screwed either way.
