How do I retrieve pdf downloaded from my emails
All PDF files stored on the iPhone are saved in Apple Files app.

Manually Retrieving Mail Downloads:
Have your tried opening that particular email with PDF attachment and then clicking directly on the PDF attachment? This action should open and display the PDF contents.
