Small purple/blue Dots appears When zoom in camera or video iPhone 13 pro max

I have an iPhone 13 pro Max and i noticed when i zoom in with camera or video small purple/blue dots appears in the screen and photos and videos. This camera problem is covered my warranty for phone replacement?
