I am using only 15 GB of the 200 GB in my iCloud plan and trying to downgrade my storage plan from 200 GB to 50 GB. I've followed all the steps given by Apple on 2 different devices but can't click "done" at the end of the procedure.
Can anyone explain why "done" is not clickable?
Finally sorted, thanks to chat and call back from Apple Support. My current storage plan is due to renew in a few days and so my 200 GB will remain until the renewal date when it will downgrade to 50GB. That is apparently why the "done" is greyed out.
That unclickable "done" is a bit misleading though.

Tap Done. If you can't tap Done, make sure that you're signed in with the same Apple ID that you use for your iCloud+ plan. You can also try following these steps on a different device. If you still need help, contact Apple Support.

In reply to my question, Apple Support sent a link to this article Downgrade or cancel your iCloud+ plan - Apple Support, which I had already read and I can't find an explanation there. I'm unable to use the telephone.
Yes I've checked that the correct Apple ID is being used. I've also tried on 2 different devices but the same problem: "done" is unclickable.
