Mac Pro getting nightly reboots since macOS 12.5

if this is a display issue try plugging in a external display and compare your results.

Do you use your computer during the night? If not why don’t you just turn it off when you go to bed, not only is it more eco-friendly, restarting on a regular basis is good for the system. I’ve been doing this for years and in all the Macs I’ve had none of them had issues which couldn’t be solved easily.
