Not turning on the LG ultrafine display

I was using first version m1 mac mini with LG UltrFine 24". I moved the setup to another room and for some reason, the display stopped working. Now, I am able to connect this display to other computers and it works. But this mac mini shows blank screen - no output. Tried connecting the mac mini to a hdmi tv, it detects it but with a flicker in which case I am unable to do much as flickering shows a picture for 1 sec before turning off for another 30 seconds. Help please.

Not sure if this will help. I have the same display and the mac mini wants to default the refresh rate to 75mz in display settings. I changed it to 60 and its fine.
