Hey there, gmartonffy,

If you're using iCloud Mail, see if you can move the emails directly at iCloud.com: Manage junk mail in Mail on iCloud.com - Apple Support. If it works here, check to see if those changes sync to your iPhone.

If you're not using an iCloud email account, see if you're able to move the emails directly by visiting your email service provider's webmail site. We do this for the same reason we would want to check your email directly at iCloud.com: it will help us to isolate the issue to the device, or the email account.

Additionally, if you have not already, please try restarting your iPhone and seeing if that helps: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support. Restarting can solve a variety of issues, so it's always a good step to try.

Don't hesitate to respond back if restarting does not help, and let us know if you were successfully able to move the email online (either with iCloud or your email provider site), and whether you're using the iOS Mail app, or a third-party email app (such as ones provided by Gmail, Yahoo, or Outlook).

Have a wonderful weekend!
