My mac is stuck at the apple logo but without the progress bar

Hi, I recently installed monterey into my computer because i thought that was the fix for my kernel task using high cpu usage. But now my macbook is stuck at apple logo and it doesnt even have the progress bar. Any suggestion for a workaround?

MAC NOT ENTERING RECOVERY MODE (STUCK ON APPLE LOGO ON ATTEMPT) Hello, I cannot partition my drive due to a corruption on my it. I have tried getting to recovery mode to fix the problem but my mac won't get into recovery mode no matter what I do. When I hold command-R on boot, it just stays stuck on apple logo with no loading bar. I let it be for over 4 hours hoping for something but nothing changed. I am using an intel based Mac from late 2016 13". Please I need help from anyone.

I would suggest holding the power button for ten seconds to shut it down, then turn it back on, but other than that I have no idea. Good luck.
