Updating Mac-mini to macOS Ventura Beta

I’m a little confused about the upgrade. It states that Mac mini (2018) is compatible. But if you read about how to identify your Mac, as you go down the years and get to

Mac mini (2014) it states that 2014 and newer can run the “latest” macOS.

So will my 2014 run it or not?
