Hey all
My library is iTunes has 991 songs that are all downloaded
They are also all on my phone but sat in the cloud. I researched the quickest way to download them and it suggested creating a playlist on iTunes, adding all the songs and it would sync to my phone - but it hasn’t

When you are signed into your Apple ID on an iOS device music should show an unhidden purchases not already download to the device as being in the cloud. This is normal.
