Why do you think this is the case?
It’s virtually impossible to ‘hack’ an iPhone without jail breaking it, which requires physical access to the device as well as the Lock Screen passcode and iCloud account credentials.
That does not mean that one or more of his online accounts hasn’t been compromised.
What, exactly, are you seeing that leads you to believe it has been ‘hacked’?
