Charge on my card but not for my account.

How do I remove my card information off someone else’s account when I don’t know who has my card information on their account? My card keeps getting charged $10.81 monthly from apple. I have no history per my account through apple for that amount. None of my friends/family have it on their accounts either. What do I do or how can I go about this problem without changing my card information through my bank?
