How can My Apple card be charged when I have never set up a payment method?

How can my Apple card be charged when I have not set up a payment method? Where are these charges going??

Also I keep getting monthly emails saying my Apple Card is charged a monthly fee for Microsoft 365 when I bought an annual Family membership from Microsoft for a 1 time payment last August???????
