Apple numbers - How can I reduce the jpeg quality within cells

Hi, I've added jpegs into cells in apple numbers and my spreadsheet is now over 50mb large. I assume the full HD resolution got dragged into the cell and just got resized but is there a way to reduce the quality with a simple step so my spreadsheets becomes lighter and smaller?

try using the Numbers file "File > Reduce File Size…"
