Why am I not able to hear while making calls or receiving calls on my Apple Watch 7?

Does the issue only happen with calls on your Apple Watch? In other words, do other sounds seem to play or work as expected? Does changing the audio settings improve the issue at all? Change the audio and notification settings on your Apple Watch
If the issue only happens with calls, you can adjust the call volume using the information in the "While you’re on a call" part of this link: Answer phone calls on Apple Watch
• Adjust call volume: Turn the Digital Crown. Tapto mute your end of the call (if you’re listening on a conference call, for example).
