how to prevent to get originals and AAE files from edited photos when moving them to computer iMac / PC?

i did already my job by editing in iphone*.

by moving them to computer i would like to have an option**: definitely delete the (not relevant) AAE, Originals and not to get E-names (the mess in my download folder drives me crazy = deleting, finding, renaming consumes notable amount of my time).

*some pictures produce automatically E-files, AEE files (zoomed photos, special frame (?)).

**if i choose upload to ie Dropbox, i get the a very clean structure. (with just edited photos and correct names (no E-names)).

is it possible to do this for the Apple family?

some people use iPhone camera for job purposes (& need to manage larger amount of photos).
