If you had iCloud Photos turned on in the old phone, turn it on in the new phone and the photos will automatically sync with it. See: Set up and use iCloud Photos - Apple Support

If you aren't sure whether you turned that option on in your old phone, log into www.icloud.com and go to the Photos app there. Any photos that you can view there are iCloud Photos.

If you didn't have iCloud Photos turned on but do have a backup of your old phone, you can use that backup to set up your new phone. See: Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support
