airpods 3 serial number problem

hello

when i put now my airpods 3 serial number in apple suport check it says they are being replaced or sent to be repaired but 2 weeks ago i checked the same code and i had all the normal info that they are original airpods 3 from apple.

so what should i do now the airpods 3 i have are 100% original but the serial number check says something else, i also want to know who and why can report them as broken or duplicate the serial no or idk it just seems all too complicated so i need help.
