How do I remove apps I have never downloaded from my Apple ID in the screen time settings?

Do you share an Apple ID with anyone, or are you in a Family Sharing group? If so then any app that any family member downloaded is available to be installed on your iPhone.
Can you give an example of one of these apps?
To be clear, these are not apps that are part of the IOS operating system. These are apps that must be downloaded. I have never downloaded these apps.
What kind of apps are that? Are that apps included in iOS? I just checked my screentime settings and the only apps I don't use in there are some native iOS things
When I go to screen time on my personal device - it shows apps I can control screen time on that I've never downloaded. How do I remove those?
