Unwanted search history syncing between apple android

My iphone safari search history shows up on my husband's android phone google search. We don’t share an iCloud account or any other I.D. How can I stop this!?! Meanwhile my google account (search history, YouTube, ect.) is not syncing with my other apple devices -iPhone, iMac and ipad. Please help!
