All of a sudden Safari Version 16.3 is adding the history of other iPads in our home to Safari on our main computer. Any idea how to stop other users history from being included on our computer in the home?

Go to > System Settings > your name on top > iCloud > Safari. Make sure this is off so your sites are not synced with other devices. You can do the same on your iPad to prevent sharing to any other devices you may have signed into iCloud.

It sounds as if you may be sharing an Apple ID with other users. That can cause all sorts of problems and should be avoided. Everyone should have their own Apple ID.
