How do I remove all tabs on iPhone 6s? I never use tabs and I have many listed!

Are you asking how to close all your open tabs in the Safari app?
You'd tap and hold on the 2 overlapping squares in the lower right.. then select 'Close All [number] Tabs'
Or if you are talking about Tab Groups.. Then tap the 2 overlapping squares, all your open tabs should become tiled.. in the bottom center, tap the downward arrow.. it should show a list of all your tab groups. Press Edit, then on each one you want to delete, tap the 3 dots in a circle and select Delete
