Will Apple Watch GPS ONLY USA version work with Iphone 12 India version?

I bought Apple watch Series 7 non cellular version from USA and once it arrives in india I want to use it with my iphone 12 (Indian version), my query is will it work? will it pair successfully with my india region iphone 12 and will all features work on it?

Yes it will and all features of a GPS only watch will work.
