Apple Music cutting tracks short

I apologize if I am repeating an already asked question, but my search did not find anything exactly like this. I am playing Apple Music via streaming on my HomePod mini. Very often the next track starts before the current track is finished. I have seen similar questions for the phone. But my HomePod mini sits at home on my very fast wifi. So this isn't a cellular problem. And I am not playing music from my library, so my library isn't the problem. I ask Siri to play an artist or composer and most of the tracks being played are not in my library.

As I am typically listening to Classical music, I know some of my tracks are long. Does Apple Music have a limit on the length of a track? I have not tried to document which tracks get truncated as it happens so frequently.

Also, when is the HomePod playing from my library? For example, if I ask Siri to play one of my playlists is it playing from my library or using my playlist to stream? I am pretty sure if I open Music and select an album and tell Music to play it on the HomePod mini then it is playing from my library. I am asking this in order to help diagnose what is going on.

Finally, although this is about Apple Music, I am curious that the HomePod mini is not a device option for this question.
