I never use the me.com or mac.com email addresses.
Today I decided to add the mac.com in Mail and it gives me this
Isn't there a page within apple where I can access my email? And why do I get these messages that don't tell me what to do?

Your @me.com and @mac.com emails will go to your @iCloud.com email account. They do not need to be entered as a separate email account.

You are welcome. If you have a device, have you checked Settings/Notifications to make sure it is on for Mail? On a computer, check System Preferences/Notifications to make sure it is on for Mail.
But now I have an iCloud account and I don't see any past or present email.
I didn't get any notification about this reply, for example. I remembered to come check this thread after a week.
