Can’t add my mail.com account to Mac mail app

Tried to add my mail.com account to Mac mail app-failed.Is there anyone who can advise?Password is not accepted but actually it is correct-checked several times.

Mac mini, macOS 10.14

Normally when the email server will not accept your sign-in it is because something is not matching the required ID information or password precisely. Oftentimes the easy solution is to delete the old email account from Mail and crate a new account. First, be sure to save any emails you have by dragging them down to a local folder. I hope that works for you.
