Can’t add my mail.com account to Mac mail app

Tried to add my mail.com account to Mac mail app-failed.Is there anyone who can advise?Password is not accepted but actually it is correct-checked several times.

Cannot add Exchange email account Ventura I have two MacBooks, iPhone, iPad, etc. All work fine with mail regarding my Exchange account except the newer MacBook running Ventura. I just cannot add my Exchange account using Internet Accounts in System Settings. When I try to add it I keep getting the message that my password is incorrect, which I know is false because I can log into this Exchange account using my Safari web browser. I also see others on this forum have the same problem, but it remains unsolved. Has Microsoft make a change that causes this? If so, why don't I have similar problems with my other Macs? Any ideas would be welcome.

problem accessing frontier.com email Have had frontier.com email address for years and have had it as only email account on Mail on my MacBook Air. A few days ago, my MacBook would not load any emails or send any. I have restarted computer, removed the email account from Mail. I tried adding it back and after several minutes get a message saying Mail is unable to verify account name or password. When I go directly to frontier.com I have no problem accessing my email account. How can I get my Mail app to recognize my frontier.com email?

Normally when the email server will not accept your sign-in it is because something is not matching the required ID information or password precisely. Oftentimes the easy solution is to delete the old email account from Mail and crate a new account. First, be sure to save any emails you have by dragging them down to a local folder. I hope that works for you.
