HomePod Web Results

So I have had the original HomePod for a couple years and when I used to ask it a question it would send web results to my iPhone automatically, but one day it started to respond with “I found some web results, I can show them if you ask again from your iPhone”. I recently also got a HomePod mini and it responds with the same thing.

Does anyone know why this happens and if theres a fix?
