Export Apple Podcasts to MP3 Player

Hello:

I'm running Monterey (12.3.1) on my MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2019). I've purchased waterproof headphones Shokz OpenSwim that have onboard memory storage and supports these file formats: MP3, WAV, WMA, AAC, and FLAC.

I'm able to get Apple Music files on to the storage but can't seem to find a viable way to transfer Apple Podcasts. I've searched online but the solutions recommended are either no longer viable (worked in older versions of MacOS) or Windows based.

Any ideas on how to do this in my current environment?

Great! It worked! Thanks for clarifying location. I kept reading about "drag and drop" functionality from right within the Apple Podcast app but that appears to have been ended after Big Sur was released. Now that I know where the mp3s are located for podcasts, this makes things a lot more straightforward (if not necessarily 'easy'). Thanks, again, for your help!

What happens when you try to transfer them exactly?

Podcasts are stored as MP3 files, so you should not have any issue just dragging them over anywhere you want to.

They are not located with the rest of your music, they should be under /Users/"your user name"/Library/Group Containers/243LU875E5.groups.com.apple.podcasts/Library/Cache
