Uploading Photos
Suddenly my recent photos are no longer jpeg but heic and I cannot upload to eBay. How do I upload to eBay? How do I change the system so that all my photos continue to be jpeg? Thanks!

You can convert heir to Jpeg simply by exporting from Photos or Preview.
Assuming you're getting these images on your iPhone then Settings -> Camera and choose Most Compatible.
