podcast app allows browser access

IOS 15.6

Restrictions have been set so that Safari is disabled.

If I go to a Podcast Episode and view the related information. The links in the Episode notes respect the browser restriction.

If I go to any links for the Podcast description they trigger the browser. Can the developers get this fixed please.
