So I forgot my unlock code to my Apple Watch series 7 and a couple weeks ago went furniture shopping and lost my iPhone in one of the couch’s. I got my replacement phone and everything transferred from iCloud but I go into the watch app and it is asking me to pair a watch again. But again, I can’t get into it. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

To unpair and erase watch and remove Activation Lock
From a web browser,sign in to iCloud.com with your Apple ID.
Go to Find iPhone.
Click All Devices at the top of the screen.
Click your Apple Watch.
Click Erase [device]. Select Next until the device is erased.
Click Remove from Account.
Then;
Setup your Watch to a new iPhone
